  Methodist Healthcare is one of the first organizations to trial a first-of-its-kind service aimed at its associates engaged in retirement planning. The program, called My Next Phase, also Memphis-based, is unlike other retirement planning tools, in that it addresses the emotional side of retirement - for many, what will be the most significant transition of their lives to date. A selected number of Methodist associates are trying out the product and the company is enthusiastic that once that phase is over, it will be offered to associates needing the service.
