Methodist offers free educational sessions for community's oncology patients

Oncology patients are invited to attend free educational sessions sponsored by the Methodist Cancer Center in partnership with Methodist Hospice and Palliative Services, and the American Cancer Society. The following seminars are scheduled at the Methodist Germantown Radiation Oncology Center located at 1381 S. Germantown Road:

 

Tuesday, September 23, 5:30 p.m. – “Memphis, Medicine and Miracles”

presented by W. Clay Jackson, M. D. DipTh, Medical Director, Methodist Hospice and Palliative Services

 

Tuesday, October 14, 5:30 p.m. – “Are Palliative and Hospice Care the Same?”

Presented by Joe Weems, M. D., Associate Medical Director Methodist Hospice and Palliative Services
