Rita Neely is the Chief Financial Officer at Methodist South Hospital. Prior to joining Methodist, she served as CFO of The Health Care Authority for Medical West, a 300-bed medical/surgical hospital, affiliated with the University of Alabama Birmingham Health System. 

She has also served as CFO at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital in Anniston, Alabama, and Franklin Regional Medical Center in Louisburg, North Carolina. Both hospitals are part of Health Management Associates, an operator of acute care hospitals located primarily in the southeast and southwest. Neely holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Huntsville.
