Robert Brooks, FACHE, is vice president of Clinical Operations for Methodist University Hospital. He is responsible for the strategic direction and management of MUH's centers of excellence, as well as overseeing physician strategy in an academic medical center setting.
Prior to joining Methodist, he was administrator of Ambulatory Care Services for Trumbull Memorial Hospital, in Warren, Ohio. Prior to Trumbull, Robert served as the director of Business for the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center’s (UPMC) STAT MedEvac Air Medical Program.
Brooks is board certified in healthcare management and a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Kent State University and a master’s degree and a post-graduate certificate in health care management from Youngstown State University. He is also a certified EMT-Paramedic.
