The First Years Institute

The First Years Institute (FYI) is a public/private community partnership in Memphis and Shelby County that focuses on systemic change rather than programs or service delivery. FYI places emphasis on the correlation between early childhood brain development and the critical impact of the prenatal to five years developmental period. Le Bonheur was one of the founding organizations involved with FYI.
