RNs in Search of Excellence
The RISE program is a uniquely different clinical advancement program for nursing. The program seeks to challenge and reward nurses who are committed to bedside nursing. The heart of nursing is compassionate, competent care. RISE recognizes the vital role that nurses play in total patient care and seeks to provide a way for bedside nurses to advance clinically and receive the recognition they deserve.
