My Promise
In 2004, Le Bonheur used the Institute of Medicine recommendations to develop five basic tenets called the My Promise statement. This statement reminds Associates how their work directly impacts children and families. Every improvement team or quality initiative is tied directly back to one of the "My Promise" tenets.
