Kathie Krause is responsible for nursing within Le Bonheur, the medical library, Perioperative Services, Clinical Nutrition, Respiratory Therapy and Education.
Kathie has more than 23 years of clinical practice and management experience. Since joining Le Bonheur in 2005, she has served as interim administrative director of Emergency Services and administrative director of Critical Care Services. Before coming to Le Bonheur, she served as director of Women's Services at Huntsville Hospital for Women and Children and director of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Huntsville Hospital. She also worked in various nursing roles at Centennial Medical Center and Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. She holds a master's of science in nursing from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's of science in nursing from Kent State University.
