David Baytos
CEO of Mississippi and International Healthcare Services

With more than 25 years of experience, David Baytos is chief executive officer of Mississippi and International Healthcare Services.  Beginning in December 2011, Baytos will also serve as interim CEO of Crittenden Regional Hospital in West Memphis, Arkansas.  Previously the CEO of Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital, Baytos led Germantown from 1998 to 2009 through a series of expansions, adding clinical services and beds while enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided to patients and their families. 

Prior to joining Methodist Healthcare, Baytos served as senior vice president and chief operating officer of Saint Joseph's Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana. He received a Master's degree in hospital administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and a Bachelor of Science degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio.

Baytos is a diplomat of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is very active in church and community activities. He presently serves on the Board of Directors for Health Choice, Germantown Performing Arts Center, Germantown Chamber of Commerce and The Village at Germantown.
