Meri Armour, M.S.N., M.B.A., joined Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center as President/Chief Executive Officer in January 2007.
Most recently, Armour served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital, the MacDonald Hospital for Women and the Ireland Cancer Center in Cleveland, Ohio. All three are part of the University Hospitals Health System/University Hospitals of Cleveland, which she joined in 1995.
Prior to her work at the University Hospitals Health System, she held leadership positions at The Cleveland Clinic and Ohio State University Hospitals. A nurse by background, she holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University and CWRU Weatherhead School of Management.
In Cleveland, she served on the boards of the American Cancer Society, March of Dimes, Ronald McDonald House and Ohio Children's Hospital Association.
