Mississippi Conference of The United Methodist Church
"The health of our mission is directly related to the health of our church leaders. All of us, at one time or another, need a compassionate listener and a skilled counselor. In providing confidential, compassionate care to clergy, the Methodist Healthcare EAP is a valued partner in the mission of our church in the world."

Hospital Wing
"On the early morning of March 25, 2010, I received a phone call that no air ambulance service wants to receive. There had been an accident. In our 25 years of service, we have never experienced anything of this magnitude. Three crew members had given their lives to do what they loved to do. Our world at Hospital Wing stopped.
Within an hour of the accident, our Employee Assistance Program team was here helping us deal with our tragedy, yielding phone calls, meeting with individuals and groups, helping make the necessary arrangements to cope with the families and being of total support.
The Methodist Healthcare Employee Assistance Program was our calm in a very strong storm. Hospital Wing has a plan and policy on how to handle tragic situations. We as humans think that we can handle any situation that we face. However, when faced with the unimaginable, we needed support. The team here at Hospital Wing believes that we could not have made it through this without the Methodist Healthcare EAP. The team at the EAP is professional, caring and truly concerned. They continue to stop by, call and check on all of us. We know they are here to help our business, our staff and our families."
