Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital’s Women’s and Children’s Pavilion won Best Green Building and an Award for Excellence in Architectural Design from McGraw Hill Construction’s South Central Construction Magazine’s Best of 2010 competition.
“We are extremely proud to receive these awards from McGraw Hill,” said William Kenley, CEO, Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. “Methodist is implementing a number of measures to increase our green initiatives and being awarded Best Green Building definitely shows we are achieving our goals.”
The annual competition recognizes construction and design excellence from Alabama, Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Tennessee. The winners will be entered into the National Best 2010 competition later this year.
