New Director Leads Cardiovascular Services at Methodist University Hospital

Scott Hardin joins Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare as Director of Cardiovascular Services at Methodist University Hospital. Hardin has 25 years of experience in health care, including more than 12 years in management.

Hardin earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Leadership from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Ill. He received his Associate Degree in Radiology Technology from Prince George's Community College, Largo, Md., and completed his cardiovascular training at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Md.

The Methodist University Hospital Cardiovascular Institute in Memphis, Tennessee partners with Columbia University Medical Center's HeartSource. Clinical trials and physician training procedures further advance expertise in cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery. The largest partnership of its kind in the United States, this partnership is another example of the commitment to providing the best overall cardiac care possible for Memphis and the Mid South.
