Larry Fogarty has accepted the role of chief financial officer for Methodist Olive Branch Hospital, which is scheduled to open late summer 2013.  Fogarty joined Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in 1995, first serving as an administrative resident, and later as director of Managed Care at Le Bonheur.  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Memphis and is a Certified Public Accountant.  Larry also holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

“I am grateful that Larry is willing to take on additional responsibilities,” said David Baytos, Chief Executive Officer of Methodist Olive Branch Hospital.  “Throughout his tenure with Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to service, and he has consistently delivered outstanding results.”

Fogarty said, "I am honored to serve as chief financial officer of Methodist's new Olive Branch Hospital. This is an exciting chapter in our health system and I'm looking forward to the success of this hospital and to serving our patients."

Fogarty will also continue in his role as Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare’s vice president of Supply Chain Management. In that role, he has responsibility for a system-wide support function, which includes purchasing, accounts payable, pharmacy supply chain, contracting, linen services, shipping/receiving, medical supply replenishment, clinical engineering, print services, mail services and capital asset management, planning and procurement.
