On Wednesday, January 11, a reception was held to welcome Jamie Carter, Olive Branch CEO and interim chief operating officer of Methodist University Hospital, to the Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare family.
“We’re excited to have Jamie on our leadership team,” said Methodist University Hospital CEO Kevin M. Spiegel, FACHE. “His knowledge and experience make him a valuable addition to our organization.”
Prior to joining the Methodist family, Jamie served as president and CEO of Crittenden Regional Hospital in West Memphis.
The new 100-bed Olive Branch hospital is scheduled to open in the summer of 2013 at the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 78 and Bethel Road and will allow Methodist Healthcare to better serve the approximately 47,000 Mississippi residents we already serve in our Memphis hospitals.
