The diversity wheel represents the components of diversity at Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.

Many companies focus only on the components inside the wheel, the pie pieces. At MLH we believe diversity encompasses all of the components listed in the pie pieces and the two outside circles. It’s a more inclusive view of diversity. Each one of us represents many components of diversity. It takes an appreciation of all of these components to make us a strong, diverse team that works collaboratively to serve the needs of our patients.
