Healing Invisible Scars: A workshop designed for leaders who were victimized by adverse childhood experiences. The aim is to offer a safe place of empowerment, so that emotional, mental, psychological, and spiritual healing can be authentically realized and embraced. Facilitated by: Rev. Mary Moore, Executive Pastor, St. Paul Baptist Church

Caring for Yourself

Caregivers ReFresh: Caregivers ReFresh Center is a care support service that offers a short break to people caring for those who are disabled, elderly, sick, or for children. Many people take on the responsibility of caring for others and it can be invaluable for them to be able to take a break from time to time. We offer caregivers an opportunity to take time for them. Respite is important because caregivers are at risk of stress and burnout.
